After 4 years in United States Marines and graduating from Spartan School of Aeronautics, I spent twenty five years with United Airlines in various position, A&P Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor of Structures on 737, 727, DC-10 & 747, Work Document Technical Writer, Engineering and last International Maintenance Rep on 747 in Busan South Korea. Along the way I was very busy, first sales job, Putnam Hyundai in Burlingame, Power Plant Instructor City College San Francisco Turbine Engine System, Instructor at John O'Connell & Woodrow Wilson High School San Francisco and lastly before Real estate, worked as Sales and Finance Manager at Sunnyvale Toyota.
I began my real estate career in May of 2000 and have been one of the top agents since 2003, the holder of numerous awards for community service, coaching at Fallon Middle school in Dublin and other sport programs. However, all the accolades, awards and accomplishments wouldn’t mean much without creating happy clients along the way, year-to-date, more than 60% of my business can be attributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals from past clients.
I believe today's real estate market requires specialization. To date my company and I have sold hundreds of homes in the Eastbay. In order to properly service a home buyer and/or seller I need to know all the details of a given area. Since my clients are counting on my expertise, I consider it my responsibility to know what is new on the market that we compete against; price reductions and what homes received offers. This is done every day.
Providing “first-rate” service to my clients has always been my top priority. The amount of disclosures and paperwork continue to grow and it is my job to be well versed in these details. This requires the staffing of a full-time escrow and transaction coordinator, office manager dedicated to following up on and responding to the many requests, calls and faxes generated by clients, cooperating agents and ancillary service providers. Angeli CabinianEscrow Transaction Coordinator and Amy Tumangday office manager are outstanding in this capacity. Together, their efforts allow me to dedicate more time to what I do best - prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other top agents, negotiating contracts and marketing your home.
As a Real Estate Salesperson I have a written contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, “good faith,” “diligent effort,” “looking out for the best interests of the client” etc. I want you to know that I take this very seriously. As a client, you will be treated and serviced as I would want to be treated and serviced.
Just for started, you will always interact with me from start to finish. All the marketing, pricing strategy, networking, and ultimate sale of each home are my responsibility. With that said, 11 years of selling Real Estate has convinced me that the public demands a high level of service that I am committed to ensuring you get that level of service!
